RUZBEH HOMJI

Our founder and CEO, Ruzbeh Homji, has over 18 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry, with over 14 years’ experience with Chevron Corporation as a turbomachinery specialist in the LNG Center of excellence. He has made significant technical contributions to some of the largest LNG and offshore projects in the world in the areas of engineering design (sizing, selection, performance evaluation), equipment testing, commissioning and start up.

MANAV BHARGAVA

Our co-founder and COO, Manav Bhargava, has over 23 years of experience in International business, with over 17 years’ experience as an Executive Partner in a Government of India recognized manufacturing export house. He specializes in legal & regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, policies & procedures, international law, business operations, pricing, procurement, financial planning and client servicing.

VARUNE RAMOUTAR

Our Vice President of Business Development and Global Operations, Varune Ramoutar, has over 2 decades of global experience with multinational corporations including Chevron Corporation and KBR, covering domains such as facilities design, concept development, EPC, commissioning and operations in roles such as Project Manager, Engineering Manager and Technical Lead.

MARK WEATHERWAX

Our Vice President of Product Development, Mark Weatherwax, has 30 years of turbomachinery experience with multinational corporations including Chevron Corporation and KBR. He was awarded the honor of Chevron Fellow in 2019. He has worked on all phases of four major LNG facilities from concept design to operations support. He has also worked on the design and development of CO2 injection systems, subsea compression systems and gas turbine operation including low emissions technology. In recent years, Mark has been focused on thermodynamic and physics-based modelling of rotating equipment systems specifically focused on cloud-based diagnostics.

JAGANNATH RAO

Our Data Science SME, Jagannath Rao, was the global lead and SVP for the IoT and Go to Market strategies for the Cloud Application Services business unit in the Digital Factory Division for Siemens. He was responsible for directing and growing the data driven services business (IIoT) which included MindSphere, the Big Data platform technology for all of Siemens’ Digital services. He is currently a Professor of ML and Data Science at the University of Georgia

RAJAT MATHUR

Our Business Strategy Advisor, Rajat Mathur, has over 30 years of experience in managing businesses with over USD 1 Billion revenue, spotting new business opportunities, growing business in established and emerging markets and executing business turnarounds to deliver market leading profits. He has led blue-chip organizations such as Larsen and Toubro Group (L&T) and Wipro Ltd (WIT) as their Chief Executive for Emerging Markets, across major verticals – Oil & Gas, Utilities, Manufacturing, BFSI and Telecom. He built and led Wipro-Arabia Limited and is a Co-founder at AltenCare – a new age AI driven health start-up.
