Mechademy’s platform continuously processes and evaluates plant data using sophisticated algorithms developed in-house for our clients from their data. Any detection of inconsistent values within this data swiftly triggers alerts. The management of these alerts can be resource-intensive when handled at the operating facility. To streamline this process and ease the burden on plant personnel, Mechademy has established a state-of-the-art Remote Monitoring Lab (MRML).
Within the MRML, a dedicated team of highly skilled engineers takes charge of the remote monitoring services. All alerts are initially routed to MRML for meticulous analysis and expert intervention. This approach ensures
- that anomalies are promptly and effectively addressed, and
- nuisance alerts are significantly reduced,
providing invaluable support to the operations team.

Actionable Insights & Recommendations
The MRML team will analyze historical machine behavior and provide insights and recommendations for plant personnel for high priority alerts. Alerts are categorized as High, Medium, or Low depending on the potential disruption to the asset or the recommended urgency in actioning the alert. Discussion threads within the alert body are used to communicate between our client’s plant personnel and the MRML team. This ensures that discussions remain with alerts and can be accessed easily in the future.
